Yes, it's that time of the year again. Orientation day, week, or for some, month, is over! And we all know what that means - a few days to get rid of the hangover and then the real fun begins.
I've been looking over Lafore's Data Structures and Algorithms in Java. It seems to be an okay read, despite it seeming a bit light in areas. (This is perhaps a good thing). I was surprised how long it spent describing recursion but I guess they have to fill those pages somehow.
There seems to be some interesting exercises, and I might toy with some of the projects if time allows. Otherwise, it's just cruise mode till Tuesday, when classes for me, resume.
